This website operates under the name Boise Windshield Replacement. It exists to connect drivers in Boise, Nampa, Meridian and Caldwell with auto-glass service for their own vehicle — a chipped, cracked or broken windshield — and nothing else.

The request process
1. You describe the damage
Use the request form or call. Helpful details include the vehicle year, make and model, where the damage sits on the glass, and roughly how large it is.
2. Your request is reviewed
Whether damage can be repaired or needs replacement depends on size, depth, location and how long it has been there. That judgement is made after reviewing your description and, in most cases, seeing the glass.
3. You are contacted back
You choose whether you'd rather be reached by phone call, text message or email. You'll be contacted using the details you supply on the form.
4. Service is arranged with you directly
Scheduling, pricing, location of the work and any warranty or insurance questions are handled directly between you and the client.
Repair or replacement?
Repair is generally considered for smaller, contained damage. Replacement is generally considered when damage is long, deep, spreading, or positioned where it affects the driver's view. No decision is made here — the right option is confirmed once your glass is assessed.
What this site does not cover
Requests handled here are for vehicle glass only. Home windows, window screens, shower enclosures, storefront glass and other architectural glass work are different trades and are not offered through this website.
